Vehicle Rental Agreement

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Minimum 2 years valid driving license required
• Premium vehicles may require 21+ age
• Valid Indian Driving License mandatory

• Original Driving License
• Government ID (Aadhar / PAN / Voter ID / Passport)
• RC of personal vehicle
• Valid Email ID

Deposit may be forfeited in case of violation, accident or unpaid dues.

• Vehicle must be returned with same fuel level
• ₹200 penalty + fuel difference if not maintained

User is fully responsible for:

• Vehicle damage
• Tyre damage
• Accessories damage
• Towing charges
• Traffic violations

Major damage cases (Airbags, Engine seize, Rollover, etc.) – User liable up to ₹69,999*

• 30 minutes grace allowed
• First 1 hour: ₹300
• After 2 hours: ₹450 per hour

Late charges applicable over rental amount.

All disputes subject to Nagpur, Maharashtra jurisdiction only.
